Bay Insurors is active in their community of Wesley Chapel. They participate in many activities, sponsor local not for profit organizations and dedicate many hours of service to the community.

Bay Insurors is business sponsor for the Wiregrass High School SAC committee and was involved in the PTSA for several years. We have also been named small business of the year in 2006 and 2008 by the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce, due to our countless voulenteer hours and sponsorships.

Cindy Fleming has been active in the Wesley Chapel Chamber since 2004, serving on the Board of Directors since she joined the organization. She served as Treasurer from 2004 until 2008 and is currently serving as President of the Chamber.

Cindy also serves as Events Chairperson and with the assistance of many other dedicated Chamber volunteers brought the Celebration of the Arts – Wesley Chapel’s first fine arts show – to the community. This year the event drew over 50,000 people to the Shops at Wiregrass for two days of art and jazz. In addition to the Arts Show she organized the first Holiday Festival to the Wesley Chapel District Park.

Cindy Fleming has served the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel since 2005 as the Secretary. She has been involved in many Rotary projects such as Bunny Bonanza – the Rotary sponsored Easter egg hunt. She has also worked with Sunrise of Pasco, The Baldermo Veterans Home and several overseas projects with her club

The employees at Bay Insurors have participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Wesley Chapel for many years, raising money to support the ACS research for the cure. Our donations have totaled over $5,000 as of 2008.

Elsie Wren volunteers her time in her home community of Lake Bernadette serving on the CDD and Homeowners Association. She also volunteers time with the local high school during the Senior Project judging.

Bryan Young and his wife Kim are active in their church; Grace Community and serve the church working with the youth. Bryan and Kim also volunteer their time with the Chamber and the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel..

Tammy Cothran volunteers at the Wesley Chapel Athletic Association at Wesley Chapel District Park. She and her family spend countless hours with the various sports teams.

Matthew Archbold works with Florida Doggies Paws, a not for profit organization that helps find homes for abandoned dogs.. Matt and his wife Shelley have hosted many dogs in their family while they wait for permanent homes. In addition Matt has volunteered with the American Cancer Society at the Moffitt Cancer center in Tampa.

Carl Sivak – the newest addition to Bay Insurors family is busy working to grow the networking opportunities in this area. He is a member of NPI, Networking for your Success and many other fine organizations. Carl volunteers his time at Victorious Life Church and was involved in the Senior Project’s this year.
